Business Family is an online video streaming service that provides family-friendly content and features on-demand streaming to people around the world.
The service will be available on Apple TV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV in the US and Canada.
The first episode of the Netflix original series Family Business Netflix is available to watch now on Amazon Fire TVs in the United States and Canada and will be included with a trial subscription of $10 a month.
Family Business will have a variety of content including original films, podcasts, music videos, short films and more.
A list of available episodes can be found here.
Family Business has been around for almost two years and will offer a variety in the content available.
The content will be different for each country and for each family.
“We wanted to make sure that the service was family friendly for everyone, regardless of their age, gender, or financial status,” Family Business co-founder and CEO David Boersma told VentureBeat.
“The Netflix family is the most important family in the world.”
Boersma said he has been working on the streaming service since 2013, when he and a friend launched Family Business as an internet video streaming startup.
Family Family Nettv will be an attempt to address the needs of those who want to stream to their family members, while also serving as an opportunity for those who may not have the resources to do so, he said.
Family Family Networks has been available for several months now on the Apple TV and Roku channels and will launch on the Roku channels this fall, Boersmas said.
Boersmas and family business owner Bo-Jung Lee, a former tech entrepreneur, met at the same school in Seoul in 2014.
They quickly became friends and Boersmans wife, Lauren, became his business partner.
Boersman said he hopes Family Family Family will be a place for people of all different ages to connect and share their passion.
“I think it’s a really important platform for a lot of families, and I think it’ll be really fun to watch it in family homes,” Boersm said.
